Counties Energy requested TOBA’s assistance to establish and manage three substation land acquisition projects in response to their district growth and demand forecasts. The selected site purchases will secure land requirements in a highly competitive property market experiencing rapid growth.
TOBA facilitated and managed:
Development of the network design criteria and parameters for site selection.
FEED requirements and site due diligence investigations.
Landowner negotiations, Sale and Purchase development, signature to settlement.
NoR and Resource Consent strategy and applications (where applicable).
Transmission Line alignment assessments and criteria.
Landowner and Iwi consultation.
