Karen’s open communication and relationship building skills have been integral in delivering numerous infrastructure projects. Karen’s background in civil infrastructure started as a Civil Engineer, working across number of sectors including, roading, land development and airports.

Her ability to combine her technical engineering experience with her strong focus on genuine relationships has allowed her to successfully move into project management to deliver residential subdivisions in Waikane and Millwater for private developers, as well as commercial land development projects across Auckland and Wellington, working on commercial and industrial warehouses 

Karen’s past experience as civil engineer and engineer’s representative have been essential in effectively managing a project from the initial feasibility right through to project close out.
