Karl is a Senior Project Manager at TOBA Projects with over 14 years of industry experience.

Karl has a long history in civil infrastructure and building projects across New Zealand and Australia. His background in construction started as a Quantity Surveyor working across complex infrastructure projects such as roading, tunnels, rail and airports. This base experience, along with Karl’s valuable skill set, naturally allowed him to move into the project management role to deliver complicated projects in the retail industry, land development and heavy infrastructure industries. Karl brings the added value to projects of having his experience across both contractor and client side roles and now as a consultant.

Karl’s been involved in many large scale building and civil infrastructure projects ranging from office and retail fit-outs, new build construction through to full infrastructure redevelopments across both greenfield and brownfield sites. His experience spans the entire process of the construction life cycle from feasibility, consenting, design, procurement, construction management and project close out.
