Kathy is an experienced Design and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in commercial, retail, residential and industrial construction. Her expertise in architecture and project management has been developed through working in New Zealand, Hong Kong, and China.

Kathy is known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, which allows her to focus on project delivery and building strong relationships with clients and multiple stakeholders. She has experience in managing all phases of the project, including due diligence, acquisition, funding, development, design, and project management. With her comprehensive knowledge of site analysis and building design, she has successfully delivered projects within clients' budgets and timeframes.

Additionally, Kathy is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, which enables her to work closely with local and international clients and identify value-add opportunities. She is a strategic thinker who can provide sound commercial, property, and architectural advice.
