Mike brings over 20 years of experience in Governance and business advisory roles. Whether fulfilling the role of Board member or Chairman he primarily acts as an Independent Director.

Prior to that he held senior executive roles such as CEO of a multi-national company. His breadth of commercial, governance and life experience stood out to TOBA’s board, who decided to introduce an Independent Chair and appoint a Managing Director after 5 years of solid growth. Improving TOBA’s governance processes, developing strategy and helping the board navigate the challenges of a rapidly growing business is well underway thanks to Mike’s leadership in this area.
