He is adept at managing designers to meet programmes and deliver solutions that fit within project budget constraints whilst still satisfying the overarching requirements for the stakeholders. He is well versed in taking complex information and processes and communicating them simply and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders. Peter has shown the ability to adapt quickly to challenging situations, deliver effective solutions and think on his feet.
Peter’s career began as a Site Engineer in Fletcher Construction, which afforded him the opportunity to work across the FCC business unit and a clear perspective of the contractor’s role in delivery. As a result, he has developed a keen eye for detail and solid foundation of practical experience in construction and engineering. He has solid experience working in live and critical environments.
Peter’s strength lies in his project management experience across the project lifecycle, from planning, consultant tendering and managing the design phase, through procurement and contract negotiation, stakeholder management and relations, to managing project documentation, and health and safety and construction.
