Umesh is well respected across the Auckland construction industry where he has amassed an impressive portfolio of Project Managing projects across several sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential and land development.

Early in his career, Umesh was based on site for 2 years at NZDF Devonport Naval Base as Client Representative Project Manager as well as being based full time on site at CMDHB Middlemore Hospital campus for 3 years Project Managing the delivery of large-scale complex building and infrastructure projects within a fully operational Hospital site. This site-based experience coupled with his Structural Engineering background has well equipped him to understand the technical intricacies of leading the development and delivery of large-scale vertical building projects, which has seen him exceed client expectations on major projects up to $150m both here in New Zealand as well as Vancouver, Canada.

Umesh is a results-oriented leader with excellent organizational, interpersonal and management skills. He prides himself on building genuine relationships with his clients, consultants and contractors alike.
